Panther City Live is getting ready to bring the photo booth, the speakers, live music, and custom signage to proms, church events, and company parties across Fort Worth. Booking isn't open yet, but every package is below so you can start planning.

What we bring

Four ways to make it a night

When booking opens, you can choose one service or put a few together. Every booking will get a written agreement and a clear quote before you pay anything.

Launching first

Photo booth

An open-air booth with props, instant prints, and digital copies guests can share. Every event gets a custom print overlay with your name, date, or logo.

Audio rental

Pick up a ready-to-go sound kit in Fort Worth, run your event, and bring it back. Each kit is tested, labeled, and checked out with you in person.

Live music

Add a live set from Wilhyme

Wilhyme makes Fort Worth-bred Americana with a rock backbone: big guitars, dusty open-road imagery, and songs that tell real stories. It's the original music project of Dave, the founder of Panther City Live. Choose an acoustic set for cocktail hour or dinner, or bring in the full band as a featured part of the night.

Cocktail hour and dinner

A stripped-down set at a volume that leaves room for conversation while guests arrive, mingle, and eat.

Featured set

Drums, bass, keys, and big electric guitars for the moment you want everyone watching the stage. Book at least 3–4 weeks ahead.

Pair it with DJ & MC

Live music early, then the DJ picks it up for the rest of the night with no gap.

How booking will work

From first email to last song

  1. Check your date

    Once booking opens, send your date, venue, event type, and rough guest count. Weekend dates will be limited.

  2. Get your quote

    You'll get a written quote and an agreement to sign online.

  3. Hold your date

    A 50% deposit will lock it in, with reminders sent automatically.

  4. Enjoy the night

    We arrive early, set up, run everything, and pack up when it's over.

Need a photographer?

We don't shoot events ourselves, but we'll connect you with a local photographer we trust.

Renting gear?

Audio rentals are pickup only for now. Bring a photo ID, and we'll check the kit out and back in with you.
